I am a StrongFirst Elite instructor, which means I hold all StrongFirst certifications.  I am passionate about building strength using the StrongFirst principles.  I also love the science of goal achievement.  The bigger and meatier the goal, the better! 

I first started training with kettlebells in 2014.  As I became stronger and immersed myself in the StrongFirst system, I discovered the power of dedicated, disciplined training, and how it can change lives for the better.  In addition to being a certified instructor under StrongFirst, TRX, and Ground Force Method, I am also a Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified nutrition coach.

My passion is around leading others to live happier, more fulfilled lives through working towards strength and fitness goals and overcoming self-limiting beliefs and habits. I lead by example, teaching and motivating others to achieve their full potential using the tools of strength training, nutrition, and self-reflection. I believe that through the discipline of strength training, we can learn and master all the skills necessary to become our most powerful, fulfilled, confident, successful selves.

I first started training in Krav Maga in 2009 when Chau encouraged me to attend one of his classes at Krav Maga Toronto. Since then, I have trained in Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, hardstyle kettlebells, barbell, bodyweight, and a variety of other fitness programs.

My lifelong passion for fitness and the team environment has led me down a variety of related paths, including being a three-season varsity athlete in high school (volleyball, swimming, and lacrosse) as well as leading backpacking trips for incoming first-year students at my alma mater, Dartmouth College. I completed three half-marathons in my twenties and have since shifted my focus to hardstyle kettlebell training, strength, and conditioning.

When I'm not at the gym, you can find me paddleboarding, traveling, hiking, and simply enjoying the outdoors with Chau and Gracie!
