Knowing what to eat is one of the most confusing topics out there.  Everyone seems to have an opinion on the “best way” to feel great about nutrition.

We just want to have plenty of energy, feel good in our bodies, and not be deprived — can I get an amen?

As a Precision Nutrition certified coach, a strength coach, and someone who has overcome many food-related struggles, I’m excited to share with you our new recipe series!  In the Kitchen with C&C.
