KMS Yoga

Because our classes require high-intensity and at times high-impact movements, we knew that we needed to offer a class that focuses on muscle recovery, flexibility and mobility.  In KMS’ Yoga Tune Up® classes, you will improve your flexibility, mobility, and stability, while restoring your body and mind. 

After you’ve sweated it out in our other classes, we invite you to stay for a KMS Yoga Tune Up® class and invest some time in myofascial release.  Get that deep stretch that your muscles and fascia crave and accelerate your body’s recovery process. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and you’ll be ready to come back and hit harder than you did before!

For KMS Yoga Tune Up®, please bring your own yoga mat and wear clothing that you would normally wear for a yoga class.  Loose-fitting and sweaty clothing are not recommended as it can get caught in the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls that are utilized for myofascial release and muscle restoration.

The following gear is required for KMS Yoga classes:
