KMS Yoga

Because our classes require high-intensity and at times high-impact movements, we knew that we needed to offer a class that focuses on muscle recovery, flexibility and mobility.  In our Yoga classes, you will improve your flexibility, mobility, and stability, while restoring your body and mind. 

After you’ve sweated it out in our other classes, we invite you to stay for a Yoga class and invest some time in myofascial release.  Get that deep stretch that your muscles and fascia crave and accelerate your body’s recovery process. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and you’ll be ready to come back and hit harder than you did before!

For Yoga, please bring your own yoga mat and wear clothing that you would normally wear for a yoga class.  Loose-fitting and sweaty clothing are not recommended as it can get caught in the therapy balls that are utilized for myofascial release and muscle restoration.
