Krav Maga is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. The goal of Krav Maga is to bring individuals of both genders and of all physical abilities to a high level of proficiency in a short period of time. Emphasis is placed on physical fitness and strength while learning self-defense techniques.
