KMS Bag is the ultimate mix of heavy bag striking work, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises, and weighted exercises, promising a demanding full-body workout.  In KMS Bag, you’ll do straight punches, hook punches, elbows, kicks, knees, and various combos on one of our 14 hanging heavy bags.  When you’re not working the bag, you’ll be doing interval training with bodyweight exercises as well as dumbbells, slam balls, medicine balls, and more.  With its constant variety and intense pace, you’ll be sure to get results if you regularly attend this challenging class. 

The following gear is required for KMS Bag classes:

  • Boxing gloves (12 oz., 14 oz. or 16 oz.).  (Required for KMS Members only – does not apply to people doing trial classes or trial weeks). 
  • Indoor cross-training shoes (we ask that you please do not wear outdoor shoes on the mats)
