Bag & Bagfit
In KMS Bag, you’ll use one of our 14 hanging heavy bags to work on striking combos. This high-octane class incorporates straight punches, hook punches, elbows, kicks and knees to create a kickass conditioning and striking workout. When you’re not doing combos on the bag, you’ll be doing high-intensity interval training to ensure you work your core as well as all of the major muscle groups. Once you try KMS Bag, we promise, you’ll be hooked!
KMS BagFit is the ultimate mix of heavy bag work, high-intensity interval training, bodyweight exercises and weighted exercises, promising a demanding full-body workout. In KMS BagFit, you’ll do straight punches, hook punches, elbows, kicks, knees and various combos on one of our 14 hanging heavy bags. When you’re not working the bag, you’ll be doing interval training with bodyweight exercises as well as dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. With its constant variety and intense pace, you’ll be sure to get results if you regularly attend this challenging class.
The following gear is required for KMS Bag and BagFit classes:
- Boxing gloves (12 oz., 14 oz. or 16 oz.). (Required for KMS Members only – does not apply to people doing trial classes or trial weeks).
- Indoor cross-training shoes (we ask that you please do not wear outdoor shoes on the mats)
